Pricing
As prices change daily especially with the every changing Canadian Vs. US dollar, most pricing is provided on a quote basis that is good for 7 days. Visit our "Contact Us" page and e-mail to us you contract named, phone number and what you are looking for.  We will get back to you ASAP with pricing for the equipment or services you are looking for.

Payment
For residential and small business customers generally all computer systems require payment in advance prior to Marathon Griffin Computers actually placing your order. In some cases some miscellaneous equipment may require pre-payment in advance prior to your order being processed. This is especially the case if the equipment you are ordering is speciality hardware such as POS equipment.
Marathon Griffin Computers and Service reserves the rights in determining if your equipment being ordered falls into this speciality catagory. 
For large business accounts, Marathon Griffin Computers and Service will accept your companies PO as authorization for us to go ahead and order your equipment. However, with large orders over and above $2,000.00, pre-payment may be be asked for. With very large orders $15,000.00 or over, Griffin Computers and Services will accept your order, but Griffin Computers will need to confir with our Dell Small Medium Business|Partner Direct Dell Canada Inc. group to ensure we are providing to you ther very best pricing possible. 

Estimated Time for Delivery
In most cases new computer system take approx. 10-14 business day to arrive and then Marathon Griffin Computers requires an additional 48 hours to fully test our your new system prior to you receiving it.  New systems do not leave our shop until they have been fully tested and virus protection software preinstalled.  Generally, we install our $69.00 bundled software package free of charge on all new system orders.
