Our Companies Customer Payment Expectation and Policy
Marathon Griffin Computers and Service will refuse sales and service to customers with outstanding balances overdue past the net billing date on invoices.  Our expected payment policy is very simple, we expect payment on all sales and service work performed in a timely fashion.  Once your overdue balance has been cleared additional sales and service requests from customers will be considered.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
If you purchased a Dell product from Marathon Griffin Computer, Dell Canada or another Dell reseller; your support and warranty is handled by Dell Canada.  Generally most Dell equipment comes with a 1-year warranty, but make sure you check out our extended warranty plan with your purchase.

You can check your warranty status on-line by clicking the link below and entering in the Tag # found on your Dell product, generally a white label with numbers and letters 7-characters long, i.e.: CQJYDK1
